PANS/PANDAS Road to Recovery: A Personal Journey
May 9th - 6:30pm-8:30pm
Panera Norwalk - 650 Main Ave, Norwalk, CT
Join us for an evening of inspiration and hope. Come hear one family’s story of managed recovery from PANS/PANDAS.
Their story started like most of ours with a healthy, happy child who enjoyed going to school, playing with friends, and doing numerous activities until one day everything changed. Quickly that child was overcome with obsessional thoughts, compulsive actions, anxiety, rages, emotional dysregulation, cognitive regression, perseverative dysgraphia. Blindsided by this overnight change, they began the search for answers. After 11 years, seven doctors, and multiple treatments, he is on the road to recovery from PANS/PANDAS and here to share his story. Come hear from the family & Dr. Nancy O’Hara.
